Welcome to the Coupoint platform. By accessing or using the Coupoint website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
1. About Coupoint:
Coupoint is an online platform that connects consumers with businesses offering promotional deals, discounts, and coupons.
Through the Platform, participating businesses (“Merchants”) may offer:
- Discount coupons
- Promotional deals
- Limited-time offers
- Promotional giveaways
These offers are collectively referred to as “Offers.”
Merchants are solely responsible for the quality, availability, and delivery of the goods or services associated with their Offers.
Coupoint acts only as a platform provider and is not the seller or provider of the goods or services offered by Merchants.
2. Eligibility:
To use Coupoint, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Coupoint services are intended for users located in Canada and Australia.
3. User Accounts:
To access certain services, you may be required to create a Coupoint account.
You agree that:
- You will maintain only one personal account.
- You will provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Coupoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform:
By using Coupoint, you agree that you will not:
- Use automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scraping tools.
- Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit offers.
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Resell coupons or vouchers unless explicitly allowed.
Coupoint may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
5. Coupons and Offers:
Coupons or deals available on Coupoint may include:
- Limited redemption quantities
- Expiration dates
- Merchant-specific conditions
- Location restrictions
- Users must comply with all Offer-specific terms displayed on the Platform.
- Coupons may become unavailable at any time once redemption limits are reached.
- Merchants are responsible for honoring valid coupons according to the offer details.
6. Purchases and Payments:
Some offers on Coupoint may require payment.
By purchasing an offer, you agree that:
- Payment information provided is accurate.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- All purchases are subject to the terms displayed with the specific offer.
- Refund policies may vary depending on the Merchant and the specific deal.
7. Merchant Responsibility:
Merchants are independent businesses and are solely responsible for:
- Product or service quality
- Offer fulfillment
- Customer service related to the offer
- Compliance with applicable laws
Coupoint does not guarantee the performance or quality of Merchant products or services.
8. User Content:
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting content, you agree that:
- The content is accurate and lawful.
- You have the right to share the content.
- The content does not violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
- Coupoint may remove content that violates these Terms.
By submitting content, you grant Coupoint a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use the content for marketing, platform operation, and service improvement.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content on the Coupoint platform, including:
- Logos
- Software
- Graphics
- Text
- Designs
is owned by Coupoint or its partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without written permission.
10. Privacy:
- Coupoint collects and processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
- By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties:
To the maximum extent permitted by law in Canada and Australia, Coupoint provides the platform “as is” and “as available.”
Coupoint does not guarantee that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- all offers will always be available
- merchant services will meet user expectations
12. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Coupoint will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- lost profits
- loss of data
- issues related to merchant services
Coupoint’s maximum liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific offer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Canadian or Australian consumer protection laws.
13. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coupoint, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- your misuse of the Platform
- violation of these Terms
- infringement of third-party rights.
14. Force Majeure:
Coupoint will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters
- internet outages
- government actions
- war or civil disturbances.
15. Modifications to Terms:
- Coupoint may update these Terms from time to time.
- Updated terms will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon publication.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law:

Canada:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which the user resides.
Australia:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant Australian state or territory where the user resides.
17. Dispute Resolution:
If a dispute arises, users agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations with Coupoint.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through:
- mediation or arbitration, or
- courts with proper jurisdiction in the applicable region.
